Life Balance Fitness® is for anyone who wants to be fit. We help people with programs they can do at home or 'on the go'. We also train our clients online, from anywhere. If you care about being integrative, holistic, and having healthy mind, heart, and body then you will love Life Balance. We help you to set goals, change habits, and see results for your health and offer fitness programs tailored to your specific goals and lifestyle. We also offer a variety of fitness classes.

Whether you are an athlete or someone who has not worked out Personal Training can be a great way to find and meet your goals.
Training programs involve an assessment of your current fitness level and is tailored to your specific goals. Depending on what trainer you choose, there is coaching and accountability as well as access to various equipment and basic nutritional advice. Some classes and training are outdoors or in creative spaces.
Personal training also trains your mind, reduces your stress, and improves your confidence. You can increase your circulation and nutrients supplied to all your muscles and reduce your pain levels as well as susceptibility to injury and illness. You will get advice to train your body to be balanced and stable and avoid injury or strain. Studies also show you work out harder and faster with a trainer!
Training clients happens Online and live as well as through chat and video. Some trainers will meet you at a park, your home, or our gym! Find a small studio feel and enjoy a variety of group exercise classes as well as group training where you get more one on one attention to meet your goals! Some trainers also offer classes for kids. Why Join Life Balance Fitness®?
Life Balance Fitness offers personal training for people on the go. We create workouts you can do at home as part of a program that is consistent and motivating to see results. We also offer life coaching services. We will meet with you at your home or apartment gym or meet at a park as well as at our studio. We have credentialed NASM and AFAA trainers and education and programming based on psychology, nutrition, and exercise science. The training helps with postural alignment, stability, injury prevention, corrective exercise, weight loss and management, energy, strength, endurance, agility, coordination, and power.
We offer small classes and personalized workouts.
