Whether you are an athlete or someone who has not worked out Personal Training can be a great way to find and meet your goals.
The program involves an assessment of your current fitness level and is tailored to your specific goals. There is coaching and accountability as well as the access to various equipment and basic nutritional advice.
Personal training also trains your mind, reduces your stress, and improves your confidence. You can increase your circulation and nutrients supplied to all your muscles and reduce your pain levels as well as susceptibility to injury and illness. You will get advice to train your body to be balanced and stable and avoid injury or strain. Studies also show you work out harder and faster with a trainer!
We train our clients Online and live as well as through chat and video. We will meet you at a park, your home, or our gym! We have a small studio feel and clients enjoy a variety of group exercise classes as well as group training where they get more one on one attention to meet their goals! We also offer life coaching services. We will meet with you at your home or apartment gym or meet at a park as well as at our studio. We have credentialed NASM and AFAA trainers and education and programming based on psychology, nutrition, and exercise science. The training helps with postural alignment, stability, injury prevention, corrective exercise, weight loss and management, energy, strength, endurance, agility, coordination, and power.
