Golden Milk Recipe
step 1. turmeric paste
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup turmeric
Stir over gentle heat 7-10 mins.
step 2. the milk
2 cups coconut milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp. coconut oil
1 tsp-1 tablespoon of the paste
a pinch of pepper or 4-6 peppercorns
1 tsp sweetener
Simmer 10 minutes on low heat.
step 3. Strain the mixture and pour for 2 cups of Golden Milk and add a bit of cinnamon on top!
