Day 1 We will set some goals, start to workout, start to consider our diet and a calendar
Day 2 We will consider some other factors in weight loss such as water and do some assessments to help with our weight management.
Day 3 We will consider some other factors in weight loss such as sleep and do some assessments to help with our weight management.
Day 4 We will look at other mental health factors that may affect weight management and the importance of Self-Care
Day 5 We will consider a variety of exercises programs, gyms, and activities.
Day 6 We will consider a variety of diets.
Day 7 We will consider a variety of diets.
Day 8 We will think about how to surround ourselves with supportive people and use the resources we have to facilitate weight management and reach our goals.
Day 9 We will consider how to change a habit- how to form a habit.
Day 10 We will consider a healthy Body Image.
Day 11 Mindful Eating Day
Day 12 We will take a look at Fast Food, Eating out, and Calorie Counting.
Day 13 The importance of Motivation- How to stay motivated, not get bored, and keep it going.
Day 14 We will Check In Recap and Wrap up! Get ready to live the new you for the next 3 months and we will check in with you then to see your amazing progress!
